Our normal turnaround time once the artwork and order is approved is 8 to 10 working days. If there is a championship or you need the garments for a special event then your order will take a priority status and every effort will be made to get you the merchandise for that event.

Minimum Order, Art, Screen, Digitizing & Setup Fees:

Our minimum order is $200.00. We have no art, screen, embroidery digitizing or setup charges as long as the order meets our minimum order requirement. There is a rare occasion that there may be an art charge and you will be informed prior to the artwork being produced. All artwork is produced under the assumption that we will receive an order within a few days of final artwork approval.

Shortages:

Our apparel is counted four times prior to shipping. Please open each carton and match the sizes and quantity from what is marked on the side of the carton to the garments inside each carton BEFORE HANDING THEM OUT. Every order we do is custom so we are extremely careful to ship your order complete. If we do not have the garment you ordered in inventory or cannot locate the garment from our suppliers, then we will notify you shortly after your order is placed.

Freight:

We ship from Romeoville, Illinois and freight charges are roughly .15 cents per tee shirt and .40 cents per sweatshirt. Allow one day for freight in the Chicagoland area, two days for most of the midwest, three to four days for outside the midwest and four to five days for the east and west coast. We charge local freight to any school in the mainland United States.

Payment Terms:

Our standard terms are DOR (due on receipt). This means we want you to receive the product and be satisfied with our quality. Please send payment the day you get the merchandise. We also will provide 30 day payment terms with a school purchase order. Lastly, we accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover which we process on the date of shipment.
