For the Fall "program" we suggest you offer an adult and youth dark colored screenprinted tee shirt, a crewneck sweatshirt, a hooded sweatshirt and a sweatpant for spiritwear. For staffwear we suggest a men's and women's cut adult embroidered polo shirt and adult twill button down. The spiritwear screenprinted designs are limited to three color (we usually use two ink colors) and the same graphic must be used for each garment. We will make separate size prints for adult and youth garments. Adult hooded sweatshirts are printed with the youth screens since the muff pocket limits the printable area.

For the Spring "program" we suggest you offer an adult and youth light colored screenprinted tee shirt and an adult and youth school color or neutral colored short for spiritwear. We suggest an adult light colored embroidered polo shirt for staffwear.

You may select a light or dark colored garment, but not both, per seasonal "program" (ex. navy tee shirt) and use a different dark garment (ex. navy crewneck sweatshirt and a dark gray hooded sweatshirt). We will not offer mixing garment colors per item/garment for screenprinting. The embroidered polos and twill button downs are available in men's and women's cuts and we will offer up to two colors per item/garment per program. We suggest you offer two "programs" per year, one in the Fall offering dark garments and one in the Spring offering light garments. Everything we produce is custom. Therefore, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. "Program" Minimum Orders And Re-orders:

The elementary spiritwear requires a minimum of 24 units (or close) in each size category (adult and youth) to screenprint. The staffwear requires only six units. There is an order deadline on the order form we provide for the parents and staff because the "program" offering is over on that date. Inevitably, once the order is received others will want to order. If you can get to the minimum order requirement for the screenprinting and embroidery then we will be more than happy to fulfill your order.

"Program" Payment Terms:

Our payment terms are DOR (due on receipt) as the money is collected prior to us even producing the garments. This means we want you to receive the product and be satisfied with our quality. Please send payment the day you get the merchandise. We also will provide 30 day payment terms with a school purchase order. Lastly, we accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover which we process on the date of shipment.
